Citizens Against Eminent Domain Abuse (CAEDA) was formed to educate fellow Pennsylvanians of the gross misuse of the power of Eminent Domain and to aid them in identifying those public officials that participate in that abuse so that “We The People” can use our power of the VOTE to remove them and elect people who understand the true nature and purpose of the power of Eminent Domain. Though we focus on Eminent Domain what we have seen is that political entities that abuse or are participants in the abuse of Eminent Domain often abuse other powers. We see then giving themselves unjustified pay raises, perks and pension plans that we the people who pay the bills could only dream of. Instead of working for the ordinary citizen we see them cultivating new inroads into the rich and powerful by sitting on their boards and using their powers as public servants to benefit those organizations aspirations. We see them using their position to solicit other agencies to aid and abed on the behalf of these abusers. Therefore CAEDA is a politically active organization but not politically affiliated to any one political party. We will support any candidate who values our rights as citizens to own and hold land and candidates who understand that you cannot assault one of us without assaulting all of us.

We have women and men serving in faraway places who daily put their lives on the line to protect all of our freedoms and the freedoms of their families and friends here at home. Over the last century all of us have had family members who have died to protect those same freedoms. One of the major reasons each one of those patriots willing gave their lives was so that their loved ones could have and hold their land and not to be threatened as they live their lives lawfully and peaceably on that land. That right is under attack from within by the very establishment that is supposed to be protecting us, our government. Honor our fallen solders and join the peaceful fight here at home. Take the time to be informed and VOTE for people, regardless of political affiliation, who will write laws that will protect us so that we can live on our land without fear of becoming entangled in government’s self-serving schemes.
